This update not appearing in Download assistant yet. and can’t see it on the website downloads either. Presumably it’s a roll out with some users getting it before others. Any idea when it will become visible to a UK user?
What does it fix?

Where have you seen it? Robin Lobel said it would come out on the 15th.
I was just gonna look this up, yes, Robin usually releases patches on wednesdays ![]()
It was reported by my macupdater3 program so presumably detected as beta.
I don’t know that macupdater program, 13.0.10 has been released to the beta channel, but not yet to the public channel - will be on July 15th, as mentioned.
Interesting particularly as macupdater 3 is as I understand it no longer being updated yet it detects this update pre roll out. That’s impressive.

Yeah, makes you think about privacy issues.
Do you think one of the beta testers has this software installed as well and macupdater is spying? Is that how this software works?
No idea. Macupdater3 is no longer being updated. It always managed to detect beta releases but I have no idea whether that was from developers submissions to their database or whether it detects versions out in the public domain.
Bottom line it reported the existence of the Spectralayers 13 update shortly after the product launch.
Very handy to keep you on alert regards potential issues regards the versions you have in use.
It’s a pity Macupdater is on it’s way out. One of the best time saving pieces of software I’ve used.

That is sus as hell. If I were Robin I would ask all beta tester to uninstall this software. No developer forwards an information about an upcoming release to such a database.
