Splitting chords across grand staff

Hello,

I’m currently running into an issue when trying to transfer a guitar part into a piano part. I’m trying to take the chords from the guitar part, which are fully written out, and I’m trying to put them into a piano grand staff. Is there any easy way to split the chords across both hands? I don’t want to make my pianist read a 6 note chord over 2 octaves, but I also don’t have the time to manually rewrite all the chords.

I don’t think there is a way to split notes across a grand staff.

I think the simplest way is to use the key editor to select the notes you want to move, and use M to move them to the lower staff. You will likely need to adjust things after.
