During some editing procedures, a spooky mark suddenly appeared at the beginning of the first movement of this string quartet. I have tried to remove it, but it is not clickable. It doesn’t appear to be a signpost, so it doesn’t respond to a Hide Signposts command. Can someone tell me what this mark is and how might I remove it. Fortunately, it does not print on the finished score. It does not appear in the Engrave mode, but only in the Write mode.
