Staccato expression only being applied when staccato tenuto used

I have an expression map that applies a keyswitch when the staccato technique is applied; however, on playback it’s only being applied when staccato tenuto marks are used. The expression map is below:-

Does tempo affect this? The tempo in this case is quite slow at 84bpm, and the notes I’m using are crotchets with a staccato on.

Dorico 4.3? Uncheck the Playback Options>Timing>Max duration for staccato playback technique
