Stacks/FX - Lost status “open/closed Plugin” when choosing another part or open the saved project
That is intented.
However we added an item “keep open” with the next version. This will re-open a plugin view when its Part is (re-)selected.
Even then, Plugin views of Layers and Stacks can only be visible when their according Part is selected.
