The numbers in the marked area should appear as III, I, II. Although they are updated correctly in Rename Player, they are not updated in the area highlighted in green, so the wrong numbers are displayed in the Cue instrument name.

How can I update this so that the Cue instrument name displays the correct numbers?

You can reorganize the order in the left column, then Setup Menu > Renumber Instruments, then bring them back to their original position.
