Staff Labels for Identical... Doesn't Work if Doubling?

Hi all with one more question,

I’ve got a 2.2.2.2 woodwind setup in which 2nd oboe doubles English Horn, and 2nd clarinet doubles Bass Clarinet. I’ve gotten flute, bassoon, horn, trumpet, and trombone to have centered staff labels between the two staves but have not had the same luck for oboe and clarinet. Is this a case of doubling instruments that are unable to follow the same format, or is there an oversight on my part?

This is Galley View where the doubling instruments are displayed along with the main instruments. In Page View the staff labels are displayed consistently.
