Hi all
I have changed some of the abbreviated names in Set-up, but these are not reflected in the score. See examples of clarinet name edit.
Have I missed something?

What are your Layout Options set to display?
In any case, if you don’t ever want the transposition shown, you can choose this option in the Edit Instrument Names dialog (you have Follow Layout Options chosen).
