I have 2 questions:

(see attached screenshot example). How do I get the second line to the edge of the page, like the first?

How do you change the size of the staff already when you have started a project?

These are both done via Layout Options:
(You can also change the staff size at any System or Frame Break e.g. if you want some staves in a Layout to be smaller)
