Is there a way to edit the Staff spacing on a specific page all at once, rather than on multiple pages?
I’ll generally copy the value while setting the first item and then click the others in turn, pasting with Ctrl+V (not sure if it’s a different hotkey on MacOS). This is fairly quick, but multi-select would be very welcome here.
No, there isn’t.
You can move multiple systems closer together or copy/paste values as posted above.

k.k., as i’m sure you’ve noticed by now, the (automatic) spacing between the staves of a grand staff often depends on factors like ledger lines, dynamics and other items that would collide if the staves stayed in a fixed distance from each other. You can set minimum gaps and turnoff collision avoidance but the results would be less than optimal. Changing the spacing manually is going to create overrides which, as you have learned, creates other problems.
