I can’t find the Staff Spacing tab in engrave Mode . where the hell is it? I see it on the videos, but not in my score.

Perhaps your screen resolution is too small to be able to see that part of the left-hand panel in Engrave mode? Make sure that the panel is shown by clicking the thin vertical strip at the left-hand side of the window, or type Ctrl+7 (Windows) or Command-7 (Mac) to toggle its visibility. It is a section called ‘Staff spacing’ in that panel.
