How can I set the SMPTE default to 01:00:00.00?

Does Project Setup (Shift+S) > Display Time Offset help here?

Yes, it does.

I was looking under “Preferences”, but I guess, not all projects you get from clients will start at “one hour”.

I would like that to be a default, for me, however. I guess a template can contain that information, right?
