Finale refugee here!
I’ve installed everything via the download assistant, but I get an error on startup - “Could not find the plugin kernel. Please reinstall the plugins or contact our support blah blah blah” . I’ve reinstalled the plugins, actually I reinstalled everything.
I still get the same error. I can use the program once I click through the notification, but I’d like to solve the problem.
Any good suggestions?

What is the exact error message you get please?
And please choose from the Dorico menu Help > Create Diagnostics Report and post the corresponding zip file here. Thanks
Thanks for the speedy reply! There’s no error number, the message I quoted is verbatim from the notification.
The zip file is too big to add to a post here, it is over 20mb. Is there another way to get it to you?

For anyone else, it turned out to be an error with another company’s VST. I deleted the offending plugin and no more errors.
