Stationary Cursor dissapear in Notation view (PIC attached)

Hi
I always like to have my cursor stationary. But in the notation view it dissapears. there is only a blue bar, showing me which row of the notation is played. Is there a way to have a stationary curser too (like at the arrangement window) ?
I´m using Win7 and Cubase 7.0.5.

There is no stationary cursor in Score. The blue indicator you mentioned shows the active staff.
