Steinberg Account: Duplicate PC Name After Drive Clone

Hello,
I recently cloned my C drive to a larger one, keeping the rest of the setup unchanged. I no longer have access to the old drive. In my Steinberg account, I now see the same PC name activated twice. I can identify which entry corresponds to the old drive because of the activation date.

My question is: can I safely deactivate the old PC entry from my account? I believe it should be fine, but I’d like to confirm. Other software automatically deactivated the old entry once I activated their software in the new drive, but Steinberg did not (I should’ve sign out from the old pc first).

Yes, you can deactivate the old PC via your account.

You can activate up to three machines at the same time, so that is different to other software, where you are allowed to use one single machine.
