I created a steinberg account and a steinberg forum account. For technical support it asks for my username, but that wasn’t part of the registration process, it asked for my email and password only. I have a steinberg forum username, but i guess the technical support would be asking for my steinberg account not my steingberg forum account.
How do i create a username in my steinberg account?
