Hello, I have been using Cubase for about 20 years. While it was running smoothly in my studio, I had to switch back to Sierra on my second computer because of my MRCSX16 card because Steinberg stopped supporting it. Later, since other programs required updates, I threw away this card and upgraded to Catalina to continue with the UR28M I had.
I have been trying to activate the products I have for about two days, I cannot pass Steinberg Activation Manager to run the latest Cubase 13 I have. The ‘Sign in’ button is waiting unanswered. The support page redirects to the local dealer. The seller has no information.
Can you reach https://signin.steinberg.net/ with Chrome? If yes, it would be easier to set Chrome as your default browser and try it again.
Alternatively use Firefox, because they come with there own certificate store to avoid this problem.
