For me that links works. So I think steinberg has fixed it ? Does it works for you ?
That link doesn’t work for me on either Firefox, Edge, or my phone.

It’s not really that simple, because they use a content delivery network. So any fixes will take some time to propagate around the world.
Here, as for @Romantique_Tp it is not working.
