i have this problem - getting this massage every time and i saw a fix with Steinberg Activation Manager in the forum ,but the “Steinberg Activation Manager” is stuck in loading for hours…

I have exaclty the same problem, I have tried reinstalling everything just to be able to use Cubase for a couple hours to have the same problem.

Have any answers turned up? I too am Having the same problem, the activation manager just cycles and never loads.

Try turn off the license manager from the Task manager then open Cubase again
This happens if the license manager is stuck / doesn’t response.
Thank you for the advice.
I had rebooted, and none of my Steinberg software would launch.
I took a break, and it worked when I tried it again.
I think it was on Steinberg’s end.
