Hi there, I use Dorico frequently with no issues from the SAM, but recently I downloaded the trial version of Cubase Pro 13, and so opened the SAM for the first time in a while to activate the license. Firstly, the application stalled on the loading screen and wouldn’t close, so I had to shut down my computer manually and against the will of my Mac which wanted the program to close first (I don’t like doing this, but Force Quit wasn’t even working).
I then restarted and reinstalled the program, which now opens to show the red Activate button next to Cubase Pro 13, but the loading wheel at the bottom of the application continues to spin, and no matter how many times I click Activate, nothing happens. And, I can’t close the application.
I’ve seen many, many posts about how faulty this program can be, but nothing about this problem specifically. Help would be greatly appreciated.
