Steinberg Activation Manager Sign In Issues

I recently bought cubase 14 Pro and I am running into issues getting the Activation to communicate with my browser , when I hit sign in,A sign in window is triggered in my browser but there doesn’t seem to be communication back to SAM, I am stuck and don’t know what to do, I have tried different browsers, I even reinstalled SAM but nothing , can anyone help me

  • What OS are you running?

  • Which browsers have you tried?

  • Can you post a screenshot of the window that pop-up in the browser?

  • Do you see any errors when you try to login to SAM?

  • Do you have an security software running, or privacy settings that could be interfering with the process?

Win or Mac would be helpful information.
Maybe the dialog that the browser asks for the connection to the Activation Manager was accidentally answered with no?

Is there a way to controll what browser it should use and with what arguments?
