Not sure if anyone has been having the same problem but it’s been driving me nuts today!
Log into mysteinberg and it then asks me for a security code which it emails me. I type in the code then it asks me to reset my password.
next time i log in it asks the same, and again, and again. needing to set a new password everytime.
Very frustrating.
I did seem to solve it though… Once you get into your account go to your account settings and then reset your password from within your account.
Now I can login without the annoying reset your password issue.
