I’m afraid your best option is upgrading your license to the latest version if Cubase 8 is registered in your account or the registration can be confirmed by Steinberg. A lost dongle with Cubase 8 on it means that you can’t revive this license.
Usually, there are Summer Sales with great upgrade offers at the end of summer. Just so you know.
