Steinberg Cubase Elements 12 and Olympus Choir Elements

Hi there

Planning to purchase Steinberg Cubase Elements 12 and Olympus Choir Elements.
HALion Sonic SE 3 seems to be in the package of Cubase and it says OCE needs atleast HALion Sonic SE 3.4. So before buying it, is this really compatible ??
Secondly, I am novice about this, I have a Clavinova from Yamaha,
Do you know what else I need to make it work ?
Cable, hardware ???

I have Olympus Choirs Elements, Cubase Elements 12, and HALion Sonic Se3.
OCE will work with Cubase 12 Elements with HALion Sonic Se3.
If your Yamaha Clavinova has a USB port to a computer, you probably could use the Clavinova as a MIDI controller/audio interface for Cubase, but i am not certain.
You would need a USB cable too.

If your Clavinova does not have computer connectivity, then you would need a MIDI keyboard controller and an audio interface.
Or, if your clavinova does have computer USB port, it may be just a midi controller and you would just need an audio interface.

If you decide to go with Cubase 12 and OCE,
You have to download the Steinberg Download assistant from Steinberg.
It downloads to your desktop.
From Download Assistant, you download all the programs and content.
Then activate your licenses from Steinberg.
