Every time i try and launch the installer for steinberg download assistant, it goes to the launch screen, then shows “Failed to Create JVM” “Failed to launch JVM”. Anyone know whats causing the issue or how to fix it?

You didn’t mention what operating system you are using, so it is a bit tricky to figure out what problems you have.
However, if you are on Windows have a look at this support page (you find other pages if you are on Mac as well)
