Just received update for Steinberg Download Assistant and it is a GOODIE 
It is finally updated to macOS AS together with Steinberg Library Manager

Does, it still force-install, the Built-in ASIO driver?
It’s for the Mac. ASIO doesn’t exist in MacOS.
@atlatnesiti thanks for the notice. I rarely open the SDA unless an update for Cubase or Halion comes out hah. Not sure if they were before but, looks like the SAM, SDA and Library Manager are all Universal and future proofed for now!
You are correct. SAM, SDA and Library Manager are now Apple AS native as well
