Steinberg Download assistant repeatedly asks me to ‘install again’ continuously, now for several hours

I’m having the same issue. Download assistant shows Dorico 4 installed, but Dorico 4 does not show up in the start menu, in add/remove programs, or when I go hunting for it in the program files folder.
I went to my downloads folder and manually unzipped the installer that was downloaded via the download assistant and tried to run it. I get a half second flash of a window opening up, then it closes. It looks like the installer is crashing.
I’m running Windows 10.
Are you definitely running Windows 10 with the 21H2 update or later, Brian?
Just checked. I’m on 20H2. Let me try updating and see if that gets me anywhere.
