Steinberg Hub - not connecting

Hi there,
As with the previous versions, I am not able to connect to the Steinberg Hub under Cubase 9.5 (Win7 / 64). Instead, the message “Connecting … Connection is being established (etc.)” remains in the “news and tutorials” column.

I’m running Norton Security, but even if I disable it, the connection won’t work.
What could that be?

Double check, your Firewall or Antivirus is not blocking the communication, please.

Neither “Steinberg” nor “Cubase” nor “Hub” is present in the firewall list. No antivirus running. No connection however.
