Steinberg Hub not updating

Hiya, wondering if anyone could help? For the last few months I’ve stopped receiving anything fresh in the Steinberg Hub news and tutorials; it’s like it’s no longer connecting properly. I’m concerned I’m not being informed of any updates.
This became an issue just after I’d upgraded from Windows 7 to 10.
