Steinberg Hub Question

When I launch my Cubase 7.5, the Steinberg Hub comes up and recently it says No Internet Connection Detected on the left side of the Hub. So I can’t get to news and tutorials, etc. The internet connection seems fine when I do email, browse the web, or stream videos etc, and Cubase runs fine too. I have a hardwire ethernet connection into my Mac Pro tower and a good Spectrum broadband connection. This problem came up only recently. Any ideas for a quick solution?
