Steinberg Hub / Tutorials never works

Since day 1 that I installed it, I cannot get the Hub for the tutoruals to work.
it always says connecting / not connected.

I checked my firewall to see if it was blocked. but it’s not.

Running Windows 10 64 bit

The Hub is notoriously slow to connect. It might also be to do with your sound card being used by Cubase.
Go to Studio > Studio setup > VST Audio System > Check the ’ Release Driver When Application Is In Background’.
Or just use this link.

Thanks, I tried that, and did not work.
tried the link, but I see that I need to close Cubase Elements otherwise i get an error on the videos… ugh.

You can probably set Cubase to Release Driver When Application is in Background to cure that prob. (Studio Setup>VST Audio System)

Here are the Tutorial links from the Hub:

How to Install Cubase https://youtu.be/57_WBmM6b1w
How to Work in the Project Window of Cubase https://youtu.be/wSk1AHXP1S0
How to Set up Your Computer for Cubase https://youtu.be/4FbSdk7gnu0
How to Record Audio in Cubase https://youtu.be/SoifqycXzE0
How to Use MIDI in Cubase https://youtu.be/CjqJEJ7Y8BE
How to Be Creative with VST Instruments and the Chord Track https://youtu.be/8_1pxYpRiQw

that didn’t work. I had put the checkmark in there.

I am guessing that it was just showing the videos that’s on the youtube channel, minus any news ?

I see J B… already suggested release driver idea… sorry.

Anyway, have we helped with your first question?

i guess i am helped.
for this part
