Steinberg instrument plugins no longer registered on my edongle

Dear Steinberg family,

I’ve recently upgraded Cubase from 10 to 12 and all my Steinberg instruments have disappeared from my eLicenser and it cannot be re-registered or reactivated!!!
Dark Planet, Hypnotic Dance, and Symphonic orchestra and Lo-Fi piano, … All down!

Any Idea what to do?

What version of Cubase are you upgrading from? Are you using the same computer as before?

Is your dongle connected to your computer?
