Steinberg license email owner transfer wizard = slow email?

Hi all, just recently purchase a license of Transverse and (unfortunately) added it to my old MySteinberg account, and have initiated a ticket to resolve the license so I can put it on my Cubase 12 Pro-linked account. I’ve responses twice to the raised ticket, today has been 7 days since raising (I know Xmas and New Year might slow things down) but if this can be looked into it would be appreciated?
