Steinberg Licensing registration and Cubase Thunderbolt cable recognition error

I am using MacBook Sequoia 15.2.

I have Cubase’s virtual instruments Absolute 4 and Zero Gravity (all others have been converted to and registered with Steinberg Licensing).
It’s definitely present in my My Products software and eLinceers, but it’s missing in Steinberg Licensing. Maybe that’s why you can’t use the instrument on your MacBook because it’s not registered.

Additionally, Apollo Thunderbolt is not recognized by Cubase. The Thunderbolt cable is a Belkin product. Third-party Thunderbolt cables are also not recognized. I would like to know how to recognize Thunderbolt in Cubase, or how to completely delete Cubase from my MacBook.

Hi,

Absolute 4 is not compatible with the new Steinberg Licensing system. Therefore you cannot see it in the Steinberg Activation Manager. You can see it only in the eLicenser. Myke sure, your USB-eLicenser with the license is plugged in.

To transfer it to the new Steinberg Licensing system, you have to update to the current Absolute 6.

Thank you for your reply.
That seems like it, but what I’m curious about is that I would like to register Absolute4 and install and use Absolute4 on my MacBook.

Installers are here.

Thank you for your reply.
