Just updated my nearly expired C6 Elements package and what a difference it is to be using the latest patch!
Here are some differences between even a dot version:
a) If no audio interface exists, No Driver is selected instead of silly DirectX
b) If the inbuilt metronome drops out at any point in a song due to a lack of audio facilitation, it is automatically restored when the next signature change is encountered
Other improvements I’ve found is horizontal zoom is more location specific, which is a huge plus as even on short pieces I find less that I have to use the scroll bars after a horizontal scrolling event. Another thing I have found is tempo changes during playback have less (or no) impact on real-time audio generation.
Talk about fixing issues and problems, no company can match the power of Steinberg.
