Steinberg support closed for the holidays?

I’ve put in a support ticket 10 business day ago, without any reply.
I don’t expect an answer within 48 hours, but 2 weeks without a reply, I find disturbing.
So I wonder if Steinberg support (EU) is closed or understaffed due to the holidays?

I must be missing something here.
