Steinberg support loop

trying to open a ticket I see this message

Ok, no prob. I call to nearest distributor but he says is not his responsibility and I should try contact steinberg.
is there any other way to find solution to my issues here?
my Cubase 10.5.20 crash some times and I cant find why. it does not create dump file either.

Hi,

It is their responsibility…

Are you on Mac or Windows? I will guide you, how to generate a crash/dmp file, then I will have a look in to the file to be able to say, what’s going wrong.

Do you know some specific steps, when Cubase is crashing to you?

Hi Martin
thanks for reply
I’m on Windows 10 pro
no specific steps drives program to crash. always happens suddenly while playing in my template.
note that the only plugin I use is Vepro 7 which is loaded in a server machine with a lot of instruments (11 instances = 120 instruments) and connected via windows remote desktop to my main pc.

Hi,

Do you have any DMP file(s), please?

Win: Documents/Steinberg/Crash Dumps

Hi,

If you would have some steps to reproduce it please, it would be helpful.

Reported to Steinberg CAN-31944.

Hi martinbaba,
I’ve had a look into the dump - did you try with an updated Vienna Ensemble Pro 7? The current version for Windows is 7.0.1056.
We were having issues with VEPro7.0.0.904 and the audio input plugin. But this has been fixed in your VEPro version.
Please let me know if the issue persists after the update.
Thanks!

Ok
Will check it
Thanks

Seems that the different versions of VePro in server and main pc caused these failures.
No crashes after updating VePro till now.
Thank you very much for helping me.
