I’ve been going around and around trying to update GrooveAgent. A couple calls to Steinberg support and an elevation of my issue resolved it in record time. I don’t want to kick the hornet’s nest but as far as I’m concerned Steinberg support was prompt, relaxed, friendly, accurate, and amazingly helpful.
Thank you for posting this! There’s huge selection bias going on in forums like this - people tend to post only when they’re upset - so it’s nice to acknowledge from time to time that the people whose job it is to provide support are generally doing a good job!
Support are brilliant . Ive had nothing but trouble with Cubase 12 and Halion 7 not playing well together and support answered my ticket within one working day and over the course of a couple of weeks back and forth emails we finally got to the bottom of most of the issues .
Ive only had to use support 3 times in 34 years but they were on the ball . no complaints there
I’m happy you solved it. May I know what problems you had with Halion 7 and Cubase 12?
