Steinberg Support speed

Hello,

1st time post. I recently flagged a query via Steinberg support about licenses but it’s just sitting after nearly two weeks. Just wondering if people generally have this poor a response from the support team?

I had no problem in reaching support so far, but there are others that had the same experience as you, so this is not a general problem.

If you can say more about your problem it might be possible to get an answer here in the forum, so if you like please give us some details about your configuration (Mac, Windows) and what kind of problem you have.
