Headphones have 3.5 minin jack. I bought an adapter for 1/4 jack, but there is no sound in the headphones. Anyone know how to connect it?
If other headphones that have a 1/4" plug work, then it could be the adapter.
If you plug your 3.5mm plug into the computer and it works, then I’d guess you have not set the UR24C set as the output device in Windows control panel or/and the application (DAW, music player, etc.) you’re using, in case it has its own settings. Check all those options/preferences.
