Steinberg UR824 direct monitoring not working and not detected on dspmixFX

Hi,

I have UR824, everything works fine before, and suddenly yesterday direct monitoring didn’t working, and I checked on dspmixFX and it said “device not found”. I use macbook with mac os sierra. Anyone has the same problem?

After checking to make sure the “Direct Monitoring” box didn’t become unchecked in the UR824 Control Panel, I’d power down the UR824 then the computer as well. After waiting a minute or so I’d power up in the reverse order and see if things got any better.
