Hey Guys,

Can anyone give me an email address to contact steinberg support, i’ve tried support link on the website however for australia there isn’t any listed.

Have massive problems with UR824 and is dissapointing how difficult it is to get any contact with steinberg. I’ll be throwing it out and jumping ship if my issues aren’t resolved soon.

You just have to submit a support ticket through your “My Steinberg” account.
