How to put the stem in middle headnote? Like this image.
I tried change “x” position in the Properties panel., but didn’t work.

You need to edit the noteheads in the notehead set, like this:
If you’re also using the hollow noteheads (for halves/minims or longer) you’ll need to similarly edit those.
Don’t forget that there’s a star button in the notehead set editor, underneath the noteheads, that allows you to save that notehead (and its stem positions) as default for future projects.
