Stem position wrong for upstem notes

I have no idea how I did this, but in one particular project my stems are crossing the noteheads for upstem notes only:

I use Sebastian with default size noteheads as per Sebastian’s default settings. But here’s the weird thing: when I change the notehead size to Larger noteheads, the stems are positioned correctly. When I change it back to Default, the problem reappears. But when I reapply the music font even without checking the “Use font’s recommended engraving options” checkbox, the problem disappears completely while notehead size remains at Default. This is specific to this one project file.

I found some older posts with similar problems, but those seemed to involve e.g. multiple voices or the problem only showing on open noteheads, which don’t apply to my situation. I’d like to find out what caused this so I can prevent it in the future. Any thoughts? I added the cut-down project file below. Thanks in advance!

This happens from time to time: the solution is to re-select Sebastian from the Music Fonts menu (being careful whether you want the options of the two checkboxes).

The “Larger” notehead set is always the Bravura font. What happens is that Dorico is using Bravura’s (the default’s) stem positions instead of those from Sebastian.
