Steps to receive /download SKI SDK

Can somebody tell me what the exact steps are to get the SKI SDK from Steinberg? I requested this a month ago at service support, but nobody seems to know what the procedure is. There is no download link and the website states that its only available to partners.
Do I need to buy a license or what is the criteria?

The Steinberg SKI SDK is not public.

So how come companies use it then? Like D-touch from deviltechnologies? or the RAVEN MTi2?
If it wasn’t public then it wasn’t given to any of these companies…
Tell me what they did to get it from Steinberg.
