Stereo Balanced/Combined Panner Option Missing

I need help in getting back the option that helps me switch between Stereo Balanced/Combined Panner.

I had to convert a 7.1.4 Configured NPR file to STEREO NPR file (not down mixing. its creating a new file which has stereo mix). So from the given NPR file I already deleted all 7.1.4 busses, removed the Renderer, and changed my main output to Stereo.

But the tracks in the project still show Stereo Combined Panner, and I can’t switch them to Stereo Balanced Panner. The option (to switch between Stereo Balanced/Combined Panner) itself doesn’t appear.

But if I create a new Audio Track with “Stereo” output configuration, the tracks show both the options (works fine for new Audio Track)

How do I achieve the STEREO BALANCED PANNER visibility?

01: This is an existing track’s view

02: This is a new track’s view (Perfectly fine)

I need help on this and I cannot keep on moving my existing tracks’ data on to new empty tracks. This definitely is not an ideal solution. I am looking for a much more feasible solution.

Panning choices missing from context menu for instrument channels

I’m setting up a new master orchestral template and panning selection is missing for some instrument tracks. I’m building out all of the instrument tracks and some tracks are set to Stereo Combined Panner. However if I try to set them back to Balanced Stereo Panner, the panning choices are missing from the context menu. I thought perhaps a plugin like Softube console or SSL 4k forced them to Combined, but even if those plugins are removed, I cannot choose Balanced, and some channels with the is…

It’s an odd one…note that it’s possible to fix one of the broken channels by copying settings from a working channel and pasting them but I just can’t see what setting is actually doing it.
