Stereo output volume

I´m confused how to set the output stereo volume level, there´s no preset for that :confused:

In Cubase manual it says
"According to the loudness recommendation R 128, audio should be normalized at -23 LUFS (±1 LU).

  • 23 LUFS? Isn´t that very low ? :question: :astonished:
    Myself have between 10-14 LUFS mp3 in rock/pop-genre :wink:

How many LUFS have you guys?

R128 is a broadcast standard.

As Grim said: -23 LUFS is the standard for television and radio. -14 to -10 LUFS is very common for rock and pop music.
