Isn’t stereo01 the signal you’re feeding to Audio01?
Looks that way…so what is the actual problem?
If you just want to hide inputs use the mixer channel visibility menu.

@preamp135 Are you using the built-in ASIO driver with the computer’s onboard audio with the ‘stereo mix’ port active? If this is connected in your audio connections ‘inputs’ tab, it means you will receive the stereo mix output of Cubase in the stereo input channel.
If this is troublesome, you can disconnect the port in the Control Panel for the ASIO driver in Studio>Studio Setup>Steinberg built-in ASIO Driver>Control Panel.
