Still cant move and delete tracks??!?!?!?!

i just got cubase 10.5 and you STILL can’t move and delete tracks in the mixer window. this is madness. it’s a joke, it’s like a car not having a steering wheel or PT not having a click track what the hell is going on how are you supposed to work, and don’t say use a completely different window (arrangement) where everything isn’t the same or in the same place because that’s utterly stupid.
