Still Getting "No Valid License and Not Responding_ Nuendo 12_Win_10

This has been present since I updated to 12.
After taking a break I come back and sometimes I get the Nuendo Not Responding message. Meanwhile Wavelab is still running with no problems.

So I have to End Task (ctrl_alt_del) and when I try to open Nuendo (again, sometimes not all the time) I get the dreaded No Valid License. So I must restart Windows.

Not sure what’s going on, But Nuendo has created dozens of dump files most of which sent to Steinberg. I have tried Release Driver on and off. no difference.

Anyway just putting this out there. I hope bugs get fixed before V13.
